# Account

> Your coaching career, nickname and avatar, language, light and dark mode, subscription and usage, inviting friends, deleting your account.

Tap your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, the avatar at the top right, tapped twice) and a menu lists the six pages of your account: Coaching career, Account, Subscription, Usage, Invite and Settings. Pick one to go straight to it; each is its own page under [Account](/account).

## Coaching career

Your whole record as a coach: every team's grounds on one map, then your coaching record, running totals, milestones, theme mix and attendance by team. Under "Attendance by team", press "Season" on a team to see that season's attendance, results and each player's appearances. An account with nothing recorded yet sees a sample season here first.

It is the first page of your account ([/account](/account)) and first in the avatar's menu; it used to sit in the sidebar.

## Account

Nickname and avatar, used on the public page's "Contact the coach", the coach signature on certificates, and your posts on the feedback board. You set them once right after signing up and can change them any time.

The same page holds your coach profile (years coaching and the like) and the password change.

It is the second tab ([/account/profile](/account/profile)).

## Language

The language switch is at the bottom of the sidebar, seven languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese and French. The interface, Hobbit's answers, and generated sessions and previews all follow.

## Light and dark

System, dark or light, at the bottom of the sidebar.

## Settings

Account-level settings, including deleting the account.

## Subscription

Membership status, expiry, "Manage subscription" and "Renew", with every payment you have made to Hobbit at the bottom.

Subscribe from the [Pricing](/pricing) page: US$15 a month or US$150 a year. On the iPhone app you can also subscribe through the App Store.

## Usage

For Pro, the Hobbit rate limit's two bars (the five hour window and the week) with when each resets, and this month's images; on the free plan, how much of each trial allowance is left. The rules are in [Free and Pro](/docs/plans-and-quotas).

## Invite friends

Your invite link and invite code. When a friend you invited subscribes to Hobbit Pro, you get a free month. A friend entering your 8-character code at sign-up counts too.

## Notification preferences

The bell in the top right corner holds in-app notifications, and its "Notification preferences" choose which you receive. With the app installed, the "Push" switch is here too: a reminder before training starts, a notice when a parent signs up through a form, a reminder when attendance has not been taken.

## An account without an email

If you signed in with Apple and your Apple ID has no email address, the account page asks you to add one, so important notices can reach you.

## Signing out

Signing out deletes nothing. You will need to sign in again to see your teams, sessions and chats.

## Deleting your account

Permanently deletes the account and everything in it: teams, players, sessions, diagrams, forms, designs and chats. It cannot be undone; type DELETE to confirm. Paid subscriptions are not refunded, and a subscription bought through the App Store also has to be cancelled in your Apple account settings.
