Every chat, session plan and parent preview draws on it, so nothing gets retyped between conversations.
For most teams, yes: roster, attendance, lineups, match results, calendar, registration forms and fee accounts are built in, and Hobbit writes the communication a management app only stores. Fees run as session packs or season fees across every team you coach, with renewal reminders and a club income view. What Hobbit does not do is collect the money: it records payments and never processes them, so there are no payment fees and no invoices. Parents read the public page and event pages by link, not through an account.
One screen per training day: before (the plan and the parent preview), during (attendance or the match result) and after (the voice debrief and the recap). The week strip shows what is done and what is not, so a coach never opens four pages to finish one session.
