Guide
Calendar
One calendar for every team you coach: training, matches, weekly repeats, venues and per-event costs.
Calendar in the sidebar. All your teams sit in one month view, each in its own colour, so U8 and U14 never mix. Desktop and phone show the same compact grid.
Adding an event
Tap a day and choose a type: training, match, personal or rest. The type is fixed once the event exists; to change it, delete and recreate.
- Time: a start time, optional.
- Venue: must be a saved venue. The first time you are asked to create one; after that, pick from the list. The venue shows on the public page with a map pin.
- Repeat weekly: for a team that trains every week, tick it and the events fill through the date you choose (up to the end of the year).
- Age group and theme: a training event can carry a theme, so you can look back at what was trained.
- Cost: what this one event cost, with a few words on what for. It goes to the income panel as an expense.
Or say it in the chat: "add training every Wednesday at 7pm at North Park until December".
Opening an event
Each event opens on its own action: a training event opens attendance, a match event opens the result form, and both can jump to the Coach workspace for the whole before, during and after.
A generated session attaches to its day automatically; open the day to see the full plan and diagrams.
What parents see
Every team's public page shows the schedule and a mini calendar, so parents check the time and place without an account. Personal and rest events never appear there.
Allowance
The calendar is free and unlimited.
