Guide
Online forms
Sign-up forms for camps, trials and friendlies: build one, share the link, parents fill it in without an account, and the list imports into a team in one click.
Forms in the sidebar. Build a form for anything that needs online sign-up, an activity, a training block, a match, and collect the details in one place. Free and unlimited.
Building a form
- Event details: title, cover image, location, start time, sign-up deadline, capacity (blank for unlimited), description.
- Fields to collect: child's name, birthdate, gender, contact name, contact details, emergency contact, medical notes or allergies, preferred position, playing experience, shirt size, dietary needs, club or school. Each can be switched on or off.
- Custom questions: anything beyond the fixed fields.
Saving publishes; there is no draft state. Later edits go live straight away.
Sharing
Every form has a public link. Parents open it and fill it in, no account. Post it in the group, on social media or on a poster.
With the app installed, you get a push notification when someone signs up.
Submissions
The form's "Submissions" lists every entry with its time. Three exports: CSV (opens in Excel), PDF (a printable list), or an image (for the group chat).
Import into a team: turn the children who signed up into a team roster in one click, with the fields mapped. When camp ends, the team is already built.
Deadline and capacity
When the deadline passes or the capacity is reached, the form closes itself and parents opening it see that sign-up has ended.
