Previews and recaps
A parent-facing preview and a post-session or post-match recap for every training and match, generated automatically and published on the public event page.
The two questions parents ask most are "what are they doing today" and "how did it go". The preview answers the first, the recap the second. Both are part of Hobbit Pro.
Training preview
Under "Before" on the coach workspace, or from the calendar event, press "Generate training preview". Hobbit reads the session plan, the team philosophy and recent training and writes a page for parents and players: what will be trained, what matters, how it connects to recent sessions, how to behave on the sideline, what to talk about on the way home.
The training needs a bound session first. If there is none, pick one from the session library.
Pre-match preview
A match event offers "Generate pre-match preview". It draws on the team philosophy, recent training and debriefs, and says what this match is about, what you hope to see, how to behave on the sideline, and what to talk about beforehand.
Recap
Record a voice debrief after the training or match. The debrief Hobbit shapes becomes the post-session or post-match recap on the public page, which parents open without an account.
From the chat
"Write a parent preview for Friday's training": Hobbit shows a confirmation card and generates on confirm.
Regenerating
A preview or recap can be "viewed" and "regenerated" after it is made. Change the session or the philosophy, regenerate, and the text follows.
Tone
Previews and recaps are written for parents, not coaches. They speak in the philosophy you wrote in the team brain, without jargon and without slogans.
