Voice debrief
A spoken minute after training or a match becomes a structured debrief, saved to the team timeline and turned into the parent recap.
Training is over. On the walk back to the car, talk to your phone for a minute about how it went. No script needed; Hobbit tidies it up afterwards.
Two doors: Voice debrief in the sidebar, or "After" on the coach workspace.
Recording
Press "Tap to record" and speak naturally: how it went overall, who did well, what did not work, what to train next. Press "Stop" when done, and re-record if you are not happy.
On the workspace, recording stays locked until the session has ended.
What it becomes
Hobbit transcribes first, then shapes it into four parts: overall, highlights, to improve, next focus. Edit, then save.
Once saved it enters the team's timeline and does three things:
- Becomes the post-session or post-match recap on the public page (Pro).
- The next focus appears under "Before" on the next training.
- Across several debriefs Hobbit distils the team's memories, which go into the team brain.
Session review (a whole session's audio)
Session review in the sidebar is a different tool (Pro): upload the recording of a whole session and Hobbit compares it with the plan to show what actually happened: where the time went, how long you talked, and three moments worth listening to again. For coaches who want to know whether they lecture too much.
Allowance
The free plan has 3 voice debriefs in total, for life. Pro is unlimited.
